Malcontent Games, exclusive licensee for the English-language edition of Rêve de Dragon, is seeking freelancers to translate French scenarios for the game into English. There is a large body existing Rêve scenarios in French, ranging from a few pages in length to entire campaign adventures, that we would like to add to our product line.

Malcontent Games would be responsible for editing, artwork and layout. Translations must be accurate, convey the particular writing style of Denis Gerfaud, the author, and conform to standard English-edition terminology. Translators should be fluent in both French and English, and be familiar with the game, or willing to learn it well. Ideally, you are passionate about this unique game system and setting. Compensation would be as a percentage of sales. If interested, please email Hieronymous offline at hieronymous AT malcontentgames DOT com.

Nobody? This could be a great opportunity to get your name on a game and get your foot in the door. It's a pretty interesting game as well.

I'd love to help but time is really in low quantities given all the things I have to do these days.

This sub-forum is bilingual. And I'm incoherent. And we're discussing French/English translation nom d'un chien :)

But it's true that people should stick to the language of the OP when possible.

Bonjour Danilo!

Hi, there ! I applied as well, in case I could help. By the the way, this is great thing to see Denis Gerfaud's work being discovered abroad thanks to bold editors.

Malcontent Games would be responsible...

I'm new in this forum, but I'm interested in work for this project if it's possible, where can I find more information regarding this offer?

PS: I'm master Spanish if you mind, it's my mother tongue.

Thanks!
